service of the highest quality over the phone and email, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information Become an expert in blithequark's internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, maintain customer relationships, and stay up-to-date with our products and services Utilize our communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution Proactively seek opportunities to improve each customer's experience, providing personalized recommendations, and role, you should: Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program, during which you will receive comprehensive training, and equipment necessary to perform your duties Have a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal noise, and a reliable high-speed internet connection, ensuring uninterrupted service to our customers Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, including evenings, and weekends, as well as during the holiday season, demonstrating flexibility, and a commitment to meeting our customers' needs Not be listed on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Up to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment, demonstrating your ability to work independently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences Experience working from home, or in a remote setting, showcasing your self-motivation, discipline, and ability to manage your time effectively Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent
