Planning and promoting accommodations and travel scenarios that exceed client expectations, leveraging your knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and industry insights to add value to their travel experiences. Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless execution of travel plans and to identify opportunities for process improvements. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
