Your primary goal will be to provide timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction. Respond to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues in a courteous and professional manner. Offer step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, utilizing your technical knowledge and expertise to resolve issues quickly and effectively.Use Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions and manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring that all customer issues are documented and resolved in a timely manner. Access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM and utilize networking tools for support, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues. Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborate with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, providing feedback and suggestions for improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements for Success: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish/English) required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages. 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues efficiently.Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and schedules.
