The Role As an Experienced Customer Enablement & Training Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through onboarding, running client training sessions and cohort programs, and building playbooks that make adoption simple and repeatable. You will work closely with enterprise marketing teams to translate technical workflows into simple, actionable steps for marketing and content teams. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients master the latest marketing automation and workflow automation technologies.
