Join Our Dynamic Team As a Customer Care Agent at Blithequark, you will be part of a highly interactive and dynamic team of customer care professionals. You will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including live chat, incoming calls, and email * Resolving customer-related issues in a timely and efficient manner * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences * Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to customer issues * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong understanding of customer expectations and quality-driven support * Fluency in Greek and English is a must * Computer skills and ability to use office equipment are required * Prior experience in customer service is a plus * Bachelor's degree is a plus Why Join Blithequark?
