Job Overview As a Customer Education Consultant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our Customer Education team, working closely with Customer Training Managers and the Director ofProfessional Learning. Your expertise in education and facilitation skills will enable you to deliver engaging, high-quality training experiences that meet the unique needs of our clients.This per diem, remote opportunity offers a daily rate, reimbursements for travel and related expenses, and the flexibility to accommodate a minimum of five training days per month, with additional days during peak summer and fall months. Key Responsibilities Learn and become an expert in blithequark's innovative solutions, customizing and delivering on-site and/or virtual product training and professional learning that exceeds client expectations. Differentiate training on the bolthires to ensure high engagement and meet learning goals, utilizing your deep understanding of adult learning principles.Engage in an internal cycle of reflection, feedback, and development, including observations, client evaluations, and coaching to continuously improve your skills. Prepare for training engagements by collaborating with blithequark team members, customizing training materials, and learning about client needs and goals. Document and submit detailed training notes, presenting a professional image to clients at all times. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience in facilitating or delivering professional development.Prior experience in K-12 education, with familiarity with educational technology and blithequark solutions (preferred). Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, including webinars, and a deep understanding of engaging adult learning principles. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies quickly. A high level of attention to detail, proven organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, with excellent computer skills, including knowledge of presentation tools and online meeting programs. Preferred Qualifications Bonus points for candidates with: Deep knowledge of and experience with MTSS, Science of Reading, assessment, analytics, and data visualization tools.
