As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:• Handling incoming calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and empathy, providing knowledgeable support regarding Medicare Part D plans and insurance-related inquiries. • Acting as a liaison between members, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers, investigating and resolving claim issues and prescription problems efficiently. • Accurately documenting interactions and follow-bolthires in our systems, navigating databases and relevant websites to retrieve and input information.• Collaborating with team members to improve processes and resolve complex member concerns, completing required compliance training to meet regulatory standards. • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. • Staying up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies, ensuring that you are equipped to provide accurate and informed support to our clients. Required Skills & QualificationsTo be successful as a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will need:• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting, with a strong understanding of insurance terminology, especially Medicare Part D.• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. • Basic proficiency in bolthires Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. • Patience, empathy, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
