The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This role requires a strong foundation in computer skills, including navigation in Outlook, general computer proficiency, and the ability to toggle between applications seamlessly.Work Schedule and Environment Initially, the selected candidate will work onsite at our blithequark location for a minimum of 8 weeks to complete comprehensive training. Following the training period, the role transitions into a hybrid schedule, where you will work from home for 2 weeks and then spend 1 week in the office. This schedule allows for both the flexibility of remote work and the collaborative benefits of onsite interaction with your team. Our standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and we currently do not offer exceptions to this schedule.Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via written communication in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and objectivity in all responses. Conduct thorough research to address complex customer questions and concerns, utilizing internal resources and databases as needed. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting productivity standards and deadlines. Utilize bolthires Suite applications, including Outlook, for communication, organization, and data management.Collaborate with internal teams, such as provider network contracting and credentialing, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly. Maintain detailed records and reports as required, ensuring compliance with blithequark's data management policies. Essential Qualifications To be considered for the Customer Advocate role at blithequark, you must possess: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. At least 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing within a healthcare or health insurance environment.Proven experience in data entry and/or typing, with the ability to meet productivity and accuracy standards. Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a simple and understandable manner. Proficiency in the bolthires Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business, or communications.5 years or more of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing, demonstrating a deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulations. 6 months or more of data entry experience in an office environment, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, which can be beneficial in understanding and addressing customer inquiries related to healthcare services.
