You will be responsible for:* Leading blithequark's Customer Reference Program, engaging satisfied customers to share their experiences and drive sales and marketing success* Gathering, organizing, and presenting impactful customer stories, including case studies and testimonials* Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to integrate customer stories into key materials, strengthening blithequark's value proposition* Managing blithequark's presence on major review platforms, monitoring feedback, and helping refine the company's reputation globallyWhat You BringTo succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience:* Proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a related field, with a talent for operationalizing and communicating marketing programs* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders* Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and advocacy platforms* Experience managing customer reviews and reputation on platforms like G2, Trustpilot, and Capterra* Fluency in English (written and spoken)* Experience working remotely is a plus, but not requiredKey ResponsibilitiesAs an Experienced Customer Advocacy Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:* Curating and presenting customer stories, collecting and organizing case studies, testimonials, and other customer insights to ensure they are well-documented and effectively communicated* Maximizing the impact of customer evidence, working with teams to integrate testimonials and case studies into sales and marketing materials, demonstrating the value of blithequark's services* Managing blithequark's presence on global review platforms, monitoring customer reviews, responding appropriately, and using feedback to strengthen blithequark's brand and engagementPracticals* You will report to the Principal Customer Advocacy Manager* You will be part of the Marketing - Product Marketing team* You will start as soon as possibleRemoteCompensation PhilosophyAt blithequark, we believe in fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay, along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.We do not agree to or encourage cheap-labor practices and therefore we ensure to pay above in-location rates. Our salary bands may seem wide, but we use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally. The base salary range for this full-time position is $77,150 USD - $115,750 US. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level.The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
