Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that every customer receives the support they need. * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to help us improve our services. * Providing feedback on call issues to help us identify areas for improvement. * Upselling when required to help customers get the most out of our products and services. Requirements: To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: *Must successfully pass the skills assessment (digital interview) to demonstrate your technical skills and customer service expertise. * Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. * Possess strong desktop computer system skills, including the ability to navigate Windows operating systems. * Have proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike. * Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations. * Be able to type 25 words per minute (wpm) to efficiently process customer inquiries. * Possess organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. * Have at least 1 year of call center inbound call work experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
