As a Clinical Data Entry Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Clinical Data Analysis team, ensuring the quality and production of the team, and driving workflow optimization. Key Responsibilities Undergo comprehensive training and achieve fluency in Clinical Data Entry roles and responsibilities to provide expert support and guidance to team members. Perform random quality checks on all agents to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and quality, and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and maintain a tracking mechanism to monitor and track reporting errors, and provide regular feedback to team members on their performance.Be available in real-time to provide coaching, counseling, direction, and resolution to employees experiencing work or personal issues, and foster a positive and supportive team environment. Collaborate with the Director and RAQA on CRI root cause issues, log pertinent data for resolution, and contribute to the development of corrective action plans. Create workflow documents, including departmental standard operating procedures, and track changes to reporting processes to ensure seamless execution and compliance.Develop schedules to ensure adequate staff is available for the workload, approve time cards, and manage team resources effectively. Write and conduct yearly performance reviews, providing feedback and career plans to team members, and identify opportunities for growth and development. Participate in the interview process for potential candidates, influence final hiring selection, and contribute to the onboarding and training of new employees. Mentor and train new employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and integration into the team.Complete special projects and other duties as assigned to meet business needs, and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: An Associate degree or equivalent in a related field. A minimum of 2 years of data entry/customer service experience, plus a minimum of 6 months of experience in Clinical Data Entry, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead and/or supervisory role. Fluency in Clinical Data Entry processes to assist as needed, and a strong understanding of clinical data management principles and practices.Intermediate knowledge of bolthires Office applications, and excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in spelling and grammar. Knowledge of numeric, oral, and written language applications, and excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and a strong understanding of laboratory operations and workflows. Data collection and maintenance experience, and a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.Problem analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
