Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed, and providing excellent customer service to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner. Update inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling, and assist in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.Perform light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and adhere to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing, and excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in bolthires Office Suite and bolthires Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for data management, and ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and a passion for e-commerce and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
