Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed, and providing excellent customer service to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner. Update inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling, and assist in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.Perform light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and adhere to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records. Collaborate with our fulfillment team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from order placement to fulfillment, and provide feedback and suggestions for improving our e-commerce operations and customer service. Assist in the analysis of sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and participate in the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.Essential Qualifications Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, and a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing, and excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in bolthires Office Suite and bolthires Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for data management, and ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and a passion for e-commerce and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our company. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis and reporting, and ability to analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
