As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for handling service and delivery inquiries, resolving concerns, and establishing and maintaining Gold Standard business relationships with our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities Offer Sales & Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (via phone, email, and teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management. Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve customer issues. Answer basic questions and resolve basic problems in a professional and courteous manner. Document issues, identify, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquires, including those related to order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.Actively re-direct incoming callers to self-service options to promote efficiency and convenience. Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. Process orders and other related voice and non-voice tasks as needed to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be Bilingual in Spanish/English.A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required, with previous call center experience preferred but not essential. Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is also desirable, but not necessary. As a self-starter with excellent customer service skills, you must be able to work independently, select and apply standard policies and procedures, and resolve routine problems and questions with ease.
