About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of a part-time licensed insurance customer service associate.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. With a minimum of 2 years of insurance experience and an active property and casualty license, you will be well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of this role. Key Responsibilities Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. This includes providing expert advice, identifying opportunities for additional coverage, and communicating effectively with clients.Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements. This includes conducting thorough risk assessments and making recommendations to clients. Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve client relationships and increase client loyalty. Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and bolthires savings.This includes reviewing client policies, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to clients. Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients. This includes processing renewals, communicating with clients, and ensuring a seamless renewal process. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Active Property & Casualty License: You must have an active property and casualty license to be considered for this role.PreviousExperience: A minimum of 2 years of property/casualty service experience is required. Previous experience with blithequark or a similar agency is preferred. Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Strong Analytical Skills: You must have strong analytical skills to analyze client data, identify opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to clients. Essential Qualifications In addition to the requirements listed above, the following qualifications are essential for success in this role: Strong Customer Service Skills: You must have a strong customer service background and be able to provide exceptional service to clients.Ability to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently in a remote environment and manage your time effectively.
