About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of a part-time licensed insurance customer service associate.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. With a minimum of 2 years of insurance experience and an active property and casualty license, you will be well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of this role. Key Responsibilities Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. This includes providing expert advice, identifying opportunities for additional coverage, and communicating effectively with clients.Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements. This includes conducting thorough risk assessments and making recommendations to clients. Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve client relationships and increase client loyalty. Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and bolthires savings.This includes reviewing client policies, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to clients. Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients. This includes processing renewals, communicating with clients, and ensuring a seamless renewal process. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Active Property & Casualty License: You must have an active property and casualty license to be considered for this role.PreviousExperience: A minimum of 2 years of property/casualty service experience is required. Previous experience with blithequark or a similar agency is preferred. Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Strong Analytical Skills: You must have strong analytical skills to analyze client data, identify opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to clients.
