Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding practices, guidelines, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors regarding coding issues and updates. Prioritize and manage workload to meet coding targets and deadlines. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of coded records. Identify and report any potential coding or billing issues to the appropriate parties. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance coding skills and knowledge. Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when representing UnitedHealth Group. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
