The Data Analytics 2 is responsible for leading the review of claims paid data to identify outlier opportunities for the growth teams to develop new concepts and expand on current algorithms, including the build out of dashboards and Power Bi themes and conduct effective data analysis. This role is pivotal to the team to ensure that the outliers are identified. The role will develop various utilities to enable analysis to be completed effectively and without delay.The Analyst will also develop coding to enable claims data to be supplied to auditors to support the non-clinical organization growth targets. The role will require the identification and development of data driven growth opportunities and deep analysis based on trends and anomalies with claims data. Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
