Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Executive – HCLS Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executive customers in the HCLS industry. Your primary objective will be to improve customer outcomes, drive product adoption, and maximize the value of our technology. Your key responsibilities will include: * Cultivating trusted advisor status with executive customer stakeholders * Becoming an expert in blithequark's value methodology and engaging in regular value reviews with customers * Understanding customer strategic goals and contributing to customer roadmap development aligned with the customer's product adoption strategy * Executing winning co-delivery models * Defining, realizing, and benchmarking business value * Developing relationships with ecosystem partners to deliver exceptional customer success * Developing implementation strategies and readiness processes to accelerate time to value * Maintaining account-level relationships to support clear value proposition within the account * Participating in account delivery governance * Advocating and championing blithequark's best practices * Contributing expertise on how advisory, expert services, and Co-Delivery can be optimized * Delivering high customer CSAT metrics for assigned accounts Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * 12+ years of progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience * Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving * Experience as a blithequark platform owner or responsibility for a blithequark program/workstream * Knowledge and experience with multiple blithequark product suites greatly preferred * Management consulting role at a top-tier consulting company, experience at a Healthcare Organization (Life Sciences, Payer, Provider), or equivalent focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software) enabled transformations * Proven track record at Fortune 100-1000 accounts * Understanding of issues and goals driving digital transformation across industry * Depth in digital transformation design, implementation, and management * Experience in the healthcare/life sciences industry * IT, HR, CSM or GBS Transformation experience * Experience building executive relationships with CIO, CTO, CSO, CFO, CHRO, and business line leaders * 5+ years of large program experience (multi-tracked, OCM) * Experience managing outcomes to a CxO position Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience with creating and refining operating model governance * Experience managing outcomes to a CxO position * Experience with IT, HR, CSM or GBS Transformation * Experience building executive relationships with CIO, CTO, CSO, CFO, CHRO, and business line leaders Work Environment and Company Culture At blithequark, we value flexibility and trust.
