Job Summary As a Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, guidance, and support throughout the repair process. Your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring a unique blend of customer-facing skills, industry knowledge, and adaptability.You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, greeting them in person or on the phone, determining their needs, and providing timely and effective solutions. You will also collaborate closely with our Collision Estimators, handling drop-offs, mapping and marking vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and delivering vehicles to customers while maintaining open and effective communication with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors.
