Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction.Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a timely manner. Following up on complicated customer calls as required, ensuring issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the outcome. Maintaining accurate and detailed call notes and reports, updating our CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions. Gathering and evaluating relevant data to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, documenting all interactions and actions taken.Recording customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using this information to improve our services and customer experience. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Bilingual skills are a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.Some experience in sales and customer service, providing a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations.
