This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, challenging you daily to grow and develop your skills.Key Responsibilities Answering customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and concerns with empathy and understanding. Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Communicating blithequark's service standards to customers, ensuring they are aware of our commitment to excellence. Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction.Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a timely manner. Following up on complicated customer calls as required, ensuring issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the outcome. Maintaining accurate and detailed call notes and reports, updating our CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions. Gathering and evaluating relevant data to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, documenting all interactions and actions taken.Recording customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using this information to improve our services and customer experience. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Bilingual skills are a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.Some experience in sales and customer service, providing a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar, enabling you to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications with ease. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask, ensuring you can manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.Some experience with MS Excel is desirable, allowing you to analyze data and generate reports to inform business decisions. The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, de-escalating conflicts and resolving issues promptly.
