Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:* Providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, with their rental needs* Gaining knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental backup in a large home city branch or airport location* Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner* Providing directions and general assistance to customers* Assisting to assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return* Processing returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions* Effectively marketing the company while picking up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner* Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services* Selling optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment* Notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance* Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or operating washing equipment when needed* Performing various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, running miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and processing customer billing* Performing miscellaneous and backup duties as assignedRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:* To be at least 18 years of age* A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years* No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your driving record in the past 5 years* Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future* At least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment* Experience working late nights is preferred* A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesBenefitsAs a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:* Competitive hourly rate of up to $23.50 per hour* Paid time off* Employee rental car discounts* Retirement savings plan, including 401(k) with matching profit sharing* Health insurance* Life insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* Training and development opportunities* Bonus incentives* A dynamic and supportive work environmentWork EnvironmentOur Eagle County Regional Airport location is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a large home city branch or airport location, interacting with customers, and providing administrative support.
