Assist with the analysis, intake, and operationalization of new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, leveraging your project management skills to drive efficient and effective processes.Perform system and testing audits as requested to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to identify areas for improvement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential qualifications: Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB) and data management. Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights. A strong interest in HR and talent management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems using rigorous logic and methodologies, with a focus on finding creative solutions and driving process improvements. A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required, with relevant experience in HR operations, talent management, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, HR Generalist, or in a related role, with a deep understanding of HR operations and talent management principles.
