The RoleAs a Customer Service & Operations Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers consolidate their retirement accounts and ensuring they have a great experience with us.You'll be an advocate for the customer, sharing feedback with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap. We're a small team, and we move fast – you'll work directly with all members of the company to drive results and make a meaningful impact.
