This a FullRemote job, the offer is available from: United StatesAbout the RoleSafeRide Health is seeking a Manual QA Engineer (EntryLevel) to help ensure the delivery of highquality, lifechanging software solutions. You’ll be part of a crossfunctional team delivering fullstack and backend products that power our healthcare transportation platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and a passion for improving the customer experience. If you’re located in the San Antonio area, you may be expected to work inoffice a few days a week.Remote applicants must be based in the U.S. and may be asked to travel occasionally for team collaboration. Key Responsibilities• Review and understand product and feature requirements, including functional and nonfunctional expectations• Develop and execute comprehensive manual test cases, including both positive and negative scenarios• Log and track defects, collaborating with engineers to ensure timely resolution• Conduct regression testing to confirm issue resolution and prevent new issues• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to triage issues and ensure quality outcomes• Stay current with new testing tools, techniques, and platform updates to continuously improve testing processes• Advocate for quality across the SDLC, participating in planning and sprint ceremonies• Required Qualifications• Strong technical aptitude and problemsolving skills• Proficiency in using modern web browsers and navigating webbased platforms• Preferred Qualifications• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies• Handson experience testing across mobile (iOSAndroid), tablet, and web interfaces• Familiarity with software product life cycles and quality assurance workflows• Exposure to tools such as Postman and Chrome DevTools (Network Inspector)• Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases• Skills & Attributes• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong defect isolation, documentation, and reproducibility techniques• High attention to detail and a methodical testing approach• Persistence in identifying root causes of issues• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional stakeholders• Strategic thinker with tactical execution capability• Benefits• Remotefirst culture with flexible work options• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) with company match• Generous PTO and company holidays• Paid parental leave• Professional development and career growth support• Missiondriven, inclusive culture committed to equity in healthcare• About SafeRide HealthSafeRide Health is a technology and services company dedicated to reducing barriers to care by improving the delivery of nonemergency medical transportation (NEMT) to people across America.We partner with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and provider programs to connect members with lifesustaining care through our techenabled platform and nationwide transportation network.
