About the RoleAs a Customer Experience Ambassador in the Centurion Lounge, you will be the face of blithequark to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of the brand and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You will be responsible for welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival, creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, and providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations. You will also be responsible for providing travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, as well as accommodating the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners. Key Responsibilities• Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception• Be accountable and take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end• Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty• Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations• Provide travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance• Accommodate needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partnersLounge Hours of OperationThe Centurion Lounge is open from 05:30 AM – 10:30 PM Monday - Sunday.Hours are subject to change due to business need.
