The Role We’re hiring a Remote Acquisition Manager to focus on on-market real estate deals. You’ll work with our inbound lead flow, analyze listed properties, build relationships with agents, negotiate deals, and lock up profitable contracts. This is Comms only, no base — ideal for a confident salesperson who wants control over their income and is ready to work hard to earn big rewards. Expect the first 1–2 months to be light on commissions as you build your pipeline so be prepared to self fund your launch. After that, momentum snowballs — our top closers regularly earn $6,000–$15,000/month in commissions.
