This dual-role position combines customer interaction with administrative data management. You’ll assist customers, process requests, and ensure that all information is accurately recorded in our systems. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner. • Enter, update, and maintain customer information in databases and CRM systems. • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently. • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments. • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity. • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
