Virtual Part-Time Intervention Specialist (20 Hours/Week) - OH

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. VocoVision is currently interviewing Intervention Specialists licensed in Ohio for a part-time virtual assignment serving K12 students. This remote role focuses on delivering direct instruction, supporting IEP implementation, and documenting measurable progress using digital tools.Youll work collaboratively with school teams to ensure students are engaged, supported, and progressing academically. This is an ideal opportunity for educators who enjoy flexible scheduling and want to use their special education expertise in a virtual setting. You must hold an active Ohio Intervention Specialist credential to qualify. Responsibilities• Provide virtual direct instruction to students based on IEP goals. • Facilitate small-group or individualized online lessons. • Complete progress monitoring, grading, and digital reporting.• Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven decisions. • Assist general education teachers with accommodations and differentiation. • Maintain student engagement using interactive virtual tools. • Utilize VocoVisions platform for therapy materials, communication, and monitoring. Requirements• Active OH Intervention Specialist certification (required). • Experience working with mild/moderate or moderate/intensive disabilities. • Strong technology skills and comfort with virtual instruction.• Excellent organization and communication abilities. • Private, distraction-free workspace.
