You will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, coordinating recruitment efforts, and maintaining employee satisfaction all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities• * Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.• * Maintain and update employee records using HR software systems. • * Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting communications, and scheduling meetings. • * Assist in onboarding new employees, including sharing training materials and conducting virtual orientations. • * Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and track feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction. • * Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. • * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.• * Support performance review cycles and maintain related documentation. • Required Skills and Qualifications• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • * Proficiency in using HR management software and productivity tools such as bolthires Office or bolthires Workspace. • * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.• * Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment practices. • * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Experience• * 1 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or training will also be considered). • Working Hours• * Part-time: 20 25 hours per week. • * Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate varying time zones as needed. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.• * Analytical mindset for problem-solving and data interpretation. • * Knowledge of virtual onboarding and recruitment techniques. • * Adaptability to fast-changing priorities in a remote work setting. • Benefits• * Competitive part-time salary. • * Work-from-home flexibility with no commute required. • * Opportunity to develop HR skills and gain valuable professional experience. • * Access to learning and development programs to support career growth. • * A collaborative and inclusive work environment.• Why Join Fresher Jobs Hub?
