The scope of our business, combined with global growth and collaboration result in an inclusive employee experience characterised by continuous learning, development and achievement.As part ofbolthires's Studio & Integrated Marketing team, the Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day publishing and monitoring of all bolthires+, Marvel, Pixar, Nat Geo, & Searchlight social media channels. With a focus on social strategy and tone of voice, your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:• Develop the social brand strategy in alignment with overarching brand strategy• Collaborate with the Content Executive on content ideation & execution of the social brand strategy• Tactical day-to-day sourcing, preparation and distribution of content to social channels• Reporting and Analysis of social media results across to form learnings and recommendations• Identify and manage a portfolio of key third-party partners for content collaborations, with consideration to brand amplification• Play an active role in local campaigns including capturing content first-hand at local events, screenings and activationsDo you love everything social media and want to know what the successful candidate looks like?You are a digital native who lives and breathes social media!
