Incident Management Specialist
Job Description:• Responsible for resolving prioritized curriculum incidents across a variety of courses for grades K through 12 by developing & correcting content• Collaborating with SMEs on content accuracy, processes, and standards• Executing editorial standards and protocol for all core, offline, and elective courses• Updates existing content to new formats in line with documented design requirements• Prepares online courses for release by updating course structure and metadata• Revise content in proprietary LMS to resolve prioritized bugs, defects, and customer-reported incidents• Solve a variety of complex problems; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information• Understand the capabilities and limitations of the available authoring and development tools to implement resolutions to problems• Implements curriculum changes according to editorial style, including diversity, equity, and inclusion standardsRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in technology, education, or comparable experience• Previous experience with content incident management preferred• Experience in curriculum development preferred, including the development of digital products• Able to provide excellent customer service to a variety of stakeholders• Able to quickly learn, organize, and utilize information• Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing environment• Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Demonstrated desire and ability to successfully collaborate within a fully virtual team• Basic HTML and web skills essential• Knowledge of bolthires and bolthires business applications• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Education Management Systems (EMS), or other similar content management systemsBenefits:• This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program Apply tot his job
