The Business Analytics TeamOur Business Analytics team is dedicated to delivering timely and trustworthy insights that enhance clarity and instill confidence. As aSenior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth and customer acquisition.You will report to the Head of Data Science & Analytics and will be an integral part of a dynamic team that is passionate about using data to drive business decisions. Key ResponsibilitiesAs aSenior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics, your key responsibilities will include:* Being a strong partner to cross-functional teams by understanding new and existing Ads product offerings and recommending the right metrics and experiments to measure performance. * Enabling our advertisers to achieve business results with insights and measurement, such as those focused on customer and media.* Providing cross-functional teams with visibility into key business KPIs and metrics by developing and presenting reports and dashboards. * Independently conducting analyses using rigorous analytic methods and building recommendations that drive decision making and business prioritization. * Executing upon experimentation roadmaps by implementing experiments and tests, monitoring results, and presenting recommendations. * Generating and sharing actionable insights with Director+ level leadership via written artifacts such as decks and memos, and verbally in forums such as weekly standup meetings.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:* A BA/BS in a quantitative discipline such as Math, Computer Science, Economics, or Analytics. * 3+ years of hands-on experience in business and/or product analytics, working with large, multi-dimensional datasets, preferably at fast-growing tech companies. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. * Skilled in extracting and transforming data from Snowflake warehouse using SQL. * Hands-on experience in designing, building, operating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards.* Knowledge of customer growth concepts such as CAC/LTV, retention curves, onboarding & activation funnels is preferred. * Experience working with tools like MMPs (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer), CRM tools like Braze, web analytics (bolthires Analytics), product analytics & experimentation tools (Amplitude, Eppo, Mixpanel). * Experience in experimentation (A/B tests, geo tests etc.) and basic statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing) required. Knowledge of commonly used analytic methods such as regression, decision trees, and forecasting is highly preferred.Preferred QualificationsWhile not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:* MS in Business Analytics. * Experience working with large, complex datasets and developing data-driven solutions. * Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques. * Experience in and ability to play "trusted advisor" to senior and executive leadership and help make change happen. * Fast learner with the ability to admit defeat, ask for help, and iterate quickly. * Respectfully candid with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders as well as peers on the data team.* Resourceful and scrappy with the ability to deliver insights to the right teams in a timely manner.
