Duties include investigating and resolving inquiries and issues for members, clients, and providers. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of proven experience in roles that demand high levels of multitasking and consecutive listening skills. 3-5 years of customer service experience 3-5 years of a healthcare background experience 3-5 Production driven environment Must be tech-savvy: Demonstrated ability to effectively use and adapt to various technologies and software Preferred Qualifications Experience with products, FH, Cofinity and ASA is a plus.Basic knowledge of Excel Education High School diploma or GED required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 – $42.35This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
