Job Summary As a Sterile Processing Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support to hospitals in the Detroit area. Your primary focus will be on training customers on proper sterile processing techniques, identifying cost containment opportunities, and contributing to process improvement.
