Senior Analyst, Medicare Strategy

Job Description:• Develop the annual quality program (QAPI) trilogy documents in compliance with state and federal requirements• Monitor QAPI activities through supporting workplan management• Ensure all Integrated Duals Quality Policies comply with contract requirements• Support internal and external QAPI audits and surveys as needed• Adhere to NCQA standards and work with National Quality Management Accreditation team to maintain NCQA accreditation• Work with key stakeholders to develop, drive and deliver on QAPI program activities• Coordinate and implement interventions to increase HEDIS and performance improvement projects• Prepare and support the development of reports and documentation to communicate QAPI program outcomesRequirements:• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality, quality improvement, and performance measurement• Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and convert findings into actionable insights• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:• Affordable medical plan options• 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions)• Employee stock purchase plan• No-bolthires programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings• Tobacco cessation and weight management programs• Confidential counseling and financial coaching• Paid time off• Flexible work schedules• Family leave• Dependent care resources• Colleague assistance programs• Tuition assistance• Retiree medical access Apply tot his job
