Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Analyst, Content Material Valuation to. As aSenior Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing arm's length-based content pricing and preparing quarterly close and economic planning deliverables for scripted and unscripted content certified with bolthires and bolthires+ globally.You will also be responsible for consolidating quarterly regional content valuation submissions, identifying key variance drivers, and distilling effects into actionable insights for senior management. Responsibilities* Establish arm's length-based content pricing and prepare quarterly close and economic planning deliverables for scripted and unscripted content certified with bolthires and bolthires+ globally. * Consolidate quarterly regional content valuation submissions and identify key variance drivers and distill effects into actionable insights for senior management.* Assist in preparing long-range and pricing planning deliverables, as needed. * Function as the primary point of contact to key stakeholders at DTC Finance, Studio Finance, Participations, and Controllership. * Partner with finance stakeholders to identify and improve process efficiencies and best practices. * Curate and synthesize large amounts of data to draw conclusions and make recommendations resulting in actionable insights. * Mechanically tune and maintain content performance (including Nielsen scores, critical review scores, and industry awards) for broadcast and cable primetime applications.* Participate in a variety of ad-hoc projects to introduce new principles and improve knowledge of key standards across the bolthires of content distribution and licensing. Qualifications* 3+ years of recent experience in financial analysis, finance, and/or 2+ years from a Big Four CPA firm. * Self-starter, innovative, flexible, and proactive who is willing to pitch in anywhere needed. * Enjoy working under minimal supervision; potential to scope, identify, and execute price-introduced procedures and process upgrades.* Robust challenge control abilities with the capacity to manage and establish targets, manipulate multiple priorities, and pivot quickly based on the immediate needs of the business. * Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and associate across all levels of management. * Enjoy working with large data sets and analytical tools with a proven ability to research quantitative and qualitative data. * Interest to detail, accuracy, agency, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent work ethic, and capacity to work under stress in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment are essential.* Choice to work with numbers, perform analysis, and maintain accurate supporting documentation of work done. * Comfortable rationalizing and justifying selections made and tactics applied, but flexible with switching path if situations dictate. * Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), strong financial modeling skills required. * Required understanding and application of pivot tables and advanced Excel formulation such as INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, VSTACK, and nested IF statements.* Ardor for the entertainment industry and television programming; content licensing experience is a plus.
