Zonda is looking for aSenior Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on challenging, high-impact work.This is a hands-on individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys diving into complex accounting, driving special projects, and strengthening compliance processes without direct people management responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, managing technical accounting areas, and supporting both domestic and international compliance (including direct and indirect taxes). If you are a self-starter who is passionate about continuous learning and growth, this role offers the opportunity to stretch your expertise and influence key financial operations.What you will be doing: Own and execute complex accounting tasks, including consolidations, intercompany transactions, and technical accounting assessments. Partner closely with the Controller and Corporate Controller on month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Drive special accounting and compliance projects—such as system implementations, process automation, and new entity integrations. Support indirect and direct tax compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors as needed.Analyze and interpret evolving accounting standards and assist in implementing necessary updates to policies or procedures. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement support with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Lead the annual external audit, serving as the primary liaison with auditors to ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and legal teams to support business initiatives and ensure accounting alignment.Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance internal controls.
