Key ResponsibilitiesAs aRemote Support Associate (Virtual Caregiver), you will play a critical role in monitoring the activity and behaviors of our clients during overnight hours from our office location in Grandview.Your key responsibilities will include:• Remotely monitoring client activity and behaviors during overnight shifts• Providing accurate and comprehensive documentation of observations and behaviors as outlined in designated care plans• Reporting incidents or emergencies to families, administrative support, and authorized agencies as necessary• Submitting timely and accurate reports at the end of each shift• Participating in case reviews and consulting with care teams to evaluate client needs and long-term planning• Operating in an ambiguous environment, supporting multiple individuals, and being available to respond to in-person needs as requiredWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package, with pay rates varying based on your availability and commitment to working hours.Our pay structure includes:• Starting Base Rate: $14.00/HR for candidates committing to 16-40 hours per week• Week Day Overnight Add-on: Base Rate + 12% = $15.68/HR• Weekend Day Add-on: Base Rate + 12% = $15.68/HR• Weekend Overnight Add-on: Weekend Day Rate + 12% = $17.56/HR• $12.00/HR for candidates committing to less than 16 hours per weekIn addition to our competitive pay rates, we offer a range of benefits, including:• Rewards for working on holidays and during university breaks• Hundreds of hours of healthcare experience to report to prospective employers and/or graduate programs• Flexible student scheduling by the university semester system• Letters of recommendation to prospective employers and/or graduate programs for successful RSAs• Professional development opportunities to grow as a new healthcare provider• Mobile online portal for team communication, scheduling, and moreEssential and Preferred QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team• Strong communication and documentation skills• Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and respond to unexpected situations• Compassion and understanding when working with clients with developmental disabilities• Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including overnight shiftsPreferred qualifications include:• Experience in healthcare or a related field• Knowledge of assistive technology and telemedicine• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesSkills and CompetenciesTo excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:• Strong observational and reporting skills• Ability to remain calm and composed in unexpected situations• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team• Compassion and empathy when working with clientsCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Workwarp, we are committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our team members.As aRemote Support Associate (Virtual Caregiver), you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare sector, develop your skills and competencies, and advance your career.
