Job SummaryAs a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining brand standards.You'll work closely with our Store Managers to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives, while also fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities* Business Strategy: Collaborate with Store Managers to develop and implement business strategies that meet sales targets, drive customer engagement, and maintain brand standards. * ClientExperience: Ensure all team members deliver exceptional customer experiences, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.* Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessments, and ensuring adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures. * Brand Standards: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and bolthires control, while ensuring consistency with blithequark's dress code standard and preparation rules. What You'll Bring* Education: Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.* Leadership: Self-motivated business visionary with outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while meeting business-critical deadlines. * Communication: Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer service tasks. * Collaboration: Ability to develop strong relationships and work as a well-respected, trusted partner. * Flexibility: Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, with the ability to move depending on the situation.* Licensing: Substantial driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain relevant state licensing, where applicable.
