This role’s primary ongoing responsibility is for management of projects, focusing on meeting project commitments and effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on projects• Meet service level expectations and exceed them when appropriate to the pursuit of larger customer relationship goals• Contribute to SitusAMC brand image objectives through Customer interactions.Always put the customer first• Use published content and team of experts’ approach to clarify complex problems, ideas, and solutions using verbal and written skills effectively• Awareness and ability to respond effectively in settings where multiple agendas, goals may exist• Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner• Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members• Mitigates team conflict and communication problems• Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices• Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager• Understands our pricing model and billing procedures• Assures project legal documents are completed and signed• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions• Facilitates team and customer meetings effectively• Holds regular status meetings with project team ;Keeps project team well informed of changes within the project and with events impacting the customer• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully• Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to projects• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships• Builds a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives• Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information• Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system design• Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server and.NET architectures• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer• Makes decisions and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project, by analyzing future impact of decisions, and escalating when appropriate• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions• Complies with and helps to enforce standard Project Management policies and procedures• Analyzes project profitability and revenue including variances from plan• Ensures timely and accurate invoicing• Sets and manages client expectations; effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including managing the change control process• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities; effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potentialSkills• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related or Business field preferred or equivalent combination of education or experience• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to interact with and communicate with team members, stakeholders and customer at all levels including Management and Leadership.• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent. • Must be very customer oriented with the mind set of always serving the customer• The ability to present ideas and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable way that provides customers with the answers and solutions they are seeking from SitusAMC• Ability to see the end goal and work through the obstacles and distractions to get the desired outcome• Ability to organize and perform work assignments and commitments on time with little supervision and with a high level of quality• Ability to always make a positive impression to customers and colleagues in the way a person handles themselves, their dress, and their verbal and written presentation style• Ability and mental toughness to accept difficult problems and effectively create resolutions in an acceptable timeframe and using a quality method• Ability to properly balance the need to provide excellent customer service with the need to always maintain profitability within the customer relationship• Ability to effectively complete a designed role so that others who depend upon that role, including customers, are not disadvantaged• Good conceptual understanding of technology especially as it relates to the tools used by SitusAMC and its customers• Working Knowledge of bolthires Office Suite especially Word and Excel, and bolthires Project• An understanding of Banking and Finance• Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems before they become major issues• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining attention to detail• Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) designation preferredBenefits• PTO and paid holidays• Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance• 401KCompany Overview• SitusAMC provider of consulting, outsourcing, talent and technology solutions, supporting institutional lenders and investors.It was founded in 1985, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
