As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you'll be instrumental in nurturing the growth and development of young children with autism. This entry-level position involves close collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and...Occupational Therapists. No prior certification is necessary; we provide thorough training to equip you for success. Ideal Candidates Include: • Recent graduates eager to kickstart their careers, particularly those with backgrounds in psychology, special education, child development, or related fields. • Individuals with a genuine passion for childcare and a love for working with children, including childcare providers, paraprofessionals, preschool teachers, or volunteers. • Healthcare professionals seeking a meaningful change, such as home health aides, behavioral health techs, or child life specialists.• Those exploring an encore career and seeking a purpose-driven opportunity supporting children. Responsibilities: • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques. • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.Qualifications: • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage. • Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. • Preference given to college graduates or individuals pursuing higher education.
