[Remote] Growth Marketing Director (High Consideration / High AOV)

This position leads all aspects of growth marketing, owning full-funnel marketing from awareness to retention while crafting and executing a growth strategy to exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities• Develop and execute holistic growth plans to drive profitable acquisition, conversion, and retention across the entire funnel• Own contribution margin as the north star, balancing aggressive revenue growth with operational efficiency• Lead all paid channels (Meta, TikTok, bolthires, bolthires, affiliates) ensuring scalable ROAS and sustainable CAC• Oversee high-velocity production and testing of ads and content across video, UGC, and static formats• Design and optimize landing pages and website flows that seamlessly connect to ad campaigns and maximize CVR• Build and refine lifecycle programs via email and SMS to increase engagement, LTV, and repeat purchase behavior• Partner with content, SEO, and PR to amplify earned reach, authority, and community activation• Craft high-impact promotions and manage the deal calendar to drive urgency while hitting margin goals• Use analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, Looker) to track KPIs, run attribution analysis, and turn insights into results• Hire, mentor, and lead a cross-functional growth team• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and CX to align effortsSkills• 8+ years in DTC growth marketing• 3+ years managing teams and driving results in fast-paced environments• Proven track record scaling high-AOV products (ideally $1K+) with long sales cycles• Direct ownership of contribution margin as a KPI, scaling revenue efficiently with sharp P&L management• Deep fluency in Meta, TikTok, and bolthires (campaign structure, testing frameworks, ROAS optimization)• Landing page design and testing expertise, tying together ad creative, user intent, and attribution• Effective email and SMS program design that deepens loyalty and extends customer lifetime value• Equal parts analytical and creative—combines data-driven decision making with bold storytelling• Proven eye for creative that captures attention and drives action• Strong team leadership: builds culture of urgency, ownership, and experimentation• Wellness-aligned with mission-driven mindset and ability to thrive in startup environmentsCompany Overview• Chameleon Collective is a consulting and marketing services firm that provides strategic leadership and experts on-demand.It was founded in 2015, and is headquartered in Aventura, Florida, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
