Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in the Metro NY areaNegotiate contracts with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care for bolthires membersAnalyze and evaluate provider performance data to identify areas for improvement and negotiate appropriate contract termsCollaborate with internal teams to develop innovative contracting strategies and solutionsConduct market research and analysis to identify potential providers and network expansion opportunitiesStay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and inform business decisionsLead contract negotiations and manage all aspects of the contracting process, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contractsServe as a primary point of contact for provider inquiries and concerns, and provide timely and effective resolutionDevelop and maintain knowledge of bolthires’s products and services to effectively communicate with providers and address any issues or concernsBuild and maintain partnerships with providers to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationshipMonitor and track provider performance and maintain documentation of contract complianceIdentify and address any issues or concerns raised by providers, and work to resolve any conflicts in a timely mannerAct as a subject matter expert on healthcare contracting and provide guidance and support to internal teams as needed.bolthires is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
