As a Retail Location Partner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, performing various store operations tasks, and supporting the pharmacy staff as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized client service by anticipating client needs, demonstrating empathy and care in all interactions, and proactively identifying and resolving potential service issues Focus on the client by offering a warm and welcoming greeting, maintaining communication, and offering assistance in finding additional items as needed Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in merchandise, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the senior manager Support opening and closing store activities as required Provide client care to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational while staying current with all updated services and tools Assist pharmacy staff as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development Embrace and advocate for new bolthires services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Past experience in a retail or customer service setting is an asset Ability to stand for long periods, lift and apply up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including above lifting Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a workstation, reading, and visual inspection, including small parts/details Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Skill and Competencies Required for Success To succeed as a Retail Location Partner, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.You should be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
