Responsibilities • Inbox Management: Respond to and triage email inquiries • Calendar Management: Clean up and re-organization of Exec’s calendar • Research: Various ad-hoc research tasks such as researching the best supplier for cardboard boxes, or buying unique gifts for our top traders. Skills • Someone proactive, adaptable, and skilled at problem-solving with minimal direction. • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. • AI-savvy, comfortable with email platforms, calendar tools, and travel booking.
