Job Title:Remote Estimator – Stadiums!Location:Remote (U.S.-based)AboutThe RoleJoin a high-performing team supporting the building of LA olympic stadium. As aRemote Estimator, you’ll play a key role in bolthires management, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and bolthires-effective project delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced estimators with a background in civil, architectural, or structural projects, stadium experience is required. Key Responsibilities• Analyze civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation• Prepare detailed bolthires estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and timelines• Conduct quantity take-offs and support virtual site assessments• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates• Utilize estimating software to model costs and generate reports• Track actual costs and adjust estimates as project scope evolves• Evaluate bolthires-effectiveness and risk factors of proposed designs• Maintain a database of suppliers, contractors, and historical bolthires data• Assist in bid preparation and contract negotiationsRequired Qualifications• 5+ years of estimating experience• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering• Proficiency in Bluebeam and bolthires Office• Experience with architectural, structural, and civil projects• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and bolthires modeling• Ability to work cross-functionally with remote teamsPreferred Experience• Stadium Background• Background in ground-up project or construction management• Familiarity with Revit and commercial construction workflowsWork Environment & Benefits• Fully remote contract position• Collaborate with the bolthires Management division of a top-tier construction consultancy• Contribute to US Olympics!• Professional, high-performing team culture• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of educationReady to bring your estimating expertise to a high-impact, remote role? Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
