Field Logistics Coordinator/Regional Driver

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 10am - 6:30pmOvertime based on business needsOn-Call responsibilitiesLocation: Roanoke, VirginiaWhat you will do• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipments with hospitals, surgery centers, and transportation partners. • Ensure all shipping documentation and data entry are completed accurately and on time. • Communicate effectively with internal teams, sales representatives, and hospital staff to support delivery and inventory operations. • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.• Assist in selecting efficient delivery options and performing basic vehicle maintenance and recordkeeping. • Manage inventory processes, including receiving, storing, issuing, and reconciling stock items. • Monitor inventory accuracy, address discrepancies, and ensure proper tracking of consignment and shelf-life items. • Support branch and sales teams by optimizing inventory utilization and participating in special projects as needed. What you needRequiredQualifications:• 3 years of work experience• High school diploma or equivalent• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed. • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. Preferred qualifications:• Experience in a related field such as Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred. Demonstrated background in warehouse and inventory control within a fast-paced environment. • Associate's degreePay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.Apply tot his job
