This entry-level role focuses on supporting the secure planning, coordination, and implementation of Cyber technology changes while ensuring business operations remain resilient and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities • Review and assess proposed changes, identifying potential security risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place prior to deployment.• Coordinate between cybersecurity engineers and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of changes, prioritizing effective risk mitigation aligned with bolthires’s business objectives. • Monitor change requests and collaborate on the documentation process to meet established security and compliance requirements. • Conduct Blameless Postmortem to the development and continuous improvement of change management processes, standards, and best practices related to cybersecurity enablement. • Maintain awareness of emerging threats and vulnerabilities that could impact change management activities, escalating relevant concerns to senior team members.• Engage in training and development opportunities to deepen understanding of bolthires’s cybersecurity program and change management methodologies. Skills • Basic understanding of information security principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability) and risk management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration and reporting. • Detail-oriented approach to process documentation, risk assessment, and compliance tracking. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments.• Proficiency in common business and security tools (e.g., ServiceNow, bolthires Office Suite, basic security monitoring platforms). • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
