First shift with rotating Saturday! for immediate consideration. Must have banking call center experience. Benefits of this Role: • Room for growth - several levels in the call center • Ability to learn a lot about banking in a short period of time and/or expand on banking knowledge • Competitive Benefits: Benefits get 18 days off, Credit union 401k is 11%, Tuition reimbursement and more • Fun contests throughout the year (Color Wars, Full Day Cookouts, Employee Appreciation Week, Incentives with gift cards) • Smaller organization and very service focused Qualifications: • 6months+ of Call Center experience within a Banking call center or contact center REQUIRED • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Must be available to work an 8-hour shift, in a call center, stationary environment, with rotating saturdays • Must meet internet speed requirements (will be tested) / Confidential workspace • Must completion of PI assessment • High School Diploma or equivalent Job Overview: • Provide outstanding member service via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism; successfully address member concerns. • Assist members and potential members with account and product questions. • Assist members and potential members with online account openings, seeing the process through from application to closing. • Participate in all required training and adhere to written policies and procedures of the credit union including BSA, OFAC and security. • Contact and continue dialogue with new members who recently opened accounts. • Assist members in troubleshooting online services and process all types of transactions, maintaining member security.
