Through our Frasco Profiles division we provide national and international pre-employment screening. Job Description:The Accounting team at Frasco, Inc is searching for a Payroll Coordinator. This individual will be working directly with the CFO and HR Director. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for weekly and bi-weekly payroll file preparation, internal control maintenance and external agency reporting.This is a full-time position based in Irvine, CA with work from home flexibility. Requirements:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Working with the Human Resources department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing· Ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal wage and hour laws· Ensuring accurate payment of wages, bonus and commissions· Creating ad-hoc reports for revenue generating centers· Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes· Reconciliation of outstanding payroll items at month-end· Updating Employee HR files· Performing other job-related duties as assignedRequirements:· Associates degree in a related field· Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience· Experience in payroll batch processing· Initiative to implement Operational Best practices· Maintain payroll information and highest levels of confidentiality· Experience in reporting Payroll information to external agencies· Experience working in a business setting with multiple revenue generating centers· Ability to create ad-hoc reporting in Excel and within payroll operating software to reduce processing time· Must have proficiency in v-lookups, pivot tables, and formatting in Excel· Experience using ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Paylocity, or SageBenefits· Competitive base salary· 401K with company match· Medical/Dental/Vision· Paid time off and Holiday PayThis is a full-time hourly and non-exempt positionAll replies will remain confidential.EOEPM21PI196064119Expected salary:Location: Irvine, CAJob date: Sun, 06 Nov 2022 05:44:53 GMTApply for the job now!
