A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred for efficient handling of multiple chats simultaneously.Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in managing multiple conversations at once. Requirements for the Role To be considered for this part-time position, you must: Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST, to learn our systems, processes, and industry knowledge.Be available to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer demand. Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with a preference for candidates who can type 40 WPM or above.
